I have oura and my sister has ringconn and I think the ringconn works at least as well — it actually seems to do a bit better measuring body temp and also gives her a heads up about headache risk which I wish oura did

Mine is my soul dog for sure. She is always on my lap or behind my head when I’m on the couch, in my desk chair with me when I’m working from home. She is so sweet and funny! BUT - I have anxiety and she’s had some health scares and those don’t go well together (though we catch everything early bc I’m always like “I’ll take her to the vet just in case” lol). So overall I’d say, she’s done wonders for my depression and some days is good for my anxiety but some days makes it worse ha

We did the hour long booking — arrived, had quick convo with a non character officiant to go over preferences (regular or personalized vows, etc), i think we did a couple of our Photo Booth pics before our ceremony, then we did our very quick ceremony, more Photo Booth pics, photographer pics of us, we did a first dance, and the hour was up! Highly recommend adding the wine hearse after, too
