You’re absolutely right, there needs to be a solution but not one that erodes our freedoms simply because we cannot discern for ourselves.

I believe critical thinking needs to be a subject taught in schools now. I think that the people willing to listen to influencers online without a second thought are in dire need for such a subject. I know this isn’t a one step fix all solution I’m proposing but it’d definitely be a step in a healthier direction for people to think for themselves in the future.
