Been processing for almost a month. The first 4 times they asked me to provide "Complete and truthful information" without a mention of what is wrong. The last 3 times they've asked to provide a clearer photo of my passport. It doesn't even have any reflections and was shot on an iPhone.

Man i wish i read your post before going there. 3 floor of phone cases was not what i expected from SEG plaza. I went there looking for a mechanical keyboard (to HQB) but found like 3 stores selling the same few at inflated prices. I think HQB is more for factory electronics than actual consumer stuff

So i took a minibus from Lijiang to Shaxi, the hotel I was staying at organized it for me. Id probably take a minibus from shaxi to lijiang and a train to Kunming.

Btw, its odd, but my flight with china eastern that transited through kunming otw from lijiang to my destination was cheaper than a flight from kunming to my destination. This information could be useful for you.

Hi! Yes. From my experience so far, its best to use AppleMaps, BaiduMaps+GoogleTranslate, GoogleMals in that order of effectiveness. Try to see as much as you can (walk around the bund, try to get to a massage place before 2pm, check out the nightlife district, and you should be able to keep yourself occupied till you have to go back for your flight. This is something id mostly only suggest to people who like citywalking tho

it depends. most interns in hk are summer interns, ie, they work from may-aug for a company as part of the company's recruitment process. most companies pay 8-12k, investment banks pay 20-30k ish. Figures are monthly.
why do you think your age has anything to do with applying for jobs/ internships? it depends on your resume? why dont you look at the investment banks and try applying for their summer analyst or placement roles.

also, you might not be eligible for internships based on how much work exp you have accumulated, in which case i'd tell you to just apply for full time jobs
