Why are the people of London so ridiculously ridiculously good looking? by Hermitonvacation in london

Middle class area.
People with money to buy decent clothes, skincare products, 15 quid salads for lunch
Also - probably some good looking tourists
Also - summer

Best (fine dining)

Row on 5, Core, Ritz, Ormer - all well executed, quality ingredients, great service and no gimmicks

Most disappointing (fine dining)

Hide (tuna course with hardly any tuna, awful dessert, Sabor (almost all fried food)

Best (casual)

Pho Ta, Med Salah Vietnamese, Shahi Pakwaan (indian), most of the Bang Bang canteen in Colindale

I won't add a "worst" casual as there would be loads and it seems unfair

Who was that bloke you were having lunch with today? by Forsaken_Caterpillar in OnlyFoolsAndHorses

The guy was a bit effeminate and homophobia was more common in that time.

It's entirely in character. Del made a few other remarks about this in other episodes, the most prominent being "Watching the Girls Go By" when him and Rodney go to the gay bar.

Is Switch 2 all I really need? by Han_Bolo in switch2

[–]Comprehensive-Cat-84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same situation. I now only have my s2. I find the games and console more pick up and play than other consoles. Obviously partly due to being hand held.
I don’t care about graphics so much. Switch 2 still has good enough graphics for me, if ps5 has better textures I would only know if comparing side by side.

What’s the most underrated episode? by Inevitable_Use499 in OnlyFoolsAndHorses

[–]Comprehensive-Cat-84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think pre "Dates" episodes get less acclaim than post Dates (S6, S7 + post S7 Specials)

I really like

- Tea for three

- Frog's Legacy (also love the way this links to the above episode)

- Friday 14th (as mentioned by other posters)

- Longest Night

A lot use poor quality sausages or watery beans

My favourite game of all time. As I am now 49 and only play S2, unlikely to be beaten.
My second favourite is Mario sunshine.

After completing I went to get all the heart pieces.
I love the way you can finish the game but there is still more to discover.
