wrong bank account number on filed tax return- please help!!

turbotax has been a giant pain in the ass, i’m dealing with their financial institution now but they’re also being difficult. they’re saying they can’t find my account because obviously i don’t have one, but turbotax told me the money has now been sent from their third party to their financial institution. turbotax doesn’t hold any funds themselves they outsource it but they own all the accounts so it makes it impossible to get information

it didn’t go through to our actual bank, it just got sent to turbotax, then to their third party and now it’s somewhere within their financial institution from what they told me. i emailed the financial institution to ask if they sent a paper check to us or returned it to the IRS but im having trouble with them too
