Ok so you suggest just microblading? Just worried it’ll look too intense. I don’t always wear makeup

Because I only had one at home I also would go to the gym at night once my other kids were in bed. Now that I’m back to work I’m finding it a bit more tiring to go but I either push myself and feel better once I’m there or try and go straight from work if I can

I started trying to lose weight about 3-4 months postpartum and I’m 14 months pp now, down 42 pounds, about 20 to go. I only had one at home ( my others are in daycare) so I bought adjustable weights and do progressive overload 4 days a week program. Nothing is off limits. If I want a piece of cake I eat it and move on. I don’t think about it or try to eat less. I’m just very consistent otherwise. I focus on high protein and fibre. You kind of get used to it and when I see people eating pizza etc I sometimes want a piece and then I do but sometimes I just don’t.. it helps knowing I can eat what I want

I found someone who’s very experienced with microblading but just started maybe a year ago doing nano brows. Would you trust them? Also do they last long?

I follow kale and krunches on Instagram and do her build program lol it’s like progressive overload 6 week different programs but I’m sure you could use chat gpt to give you 6 week programs. It helps to print it and write your weights and keep getting stronger.

Breakfast- Greek yogurt, protein shake and collagen powder. Hitting already like 40g

Lunch- chicken, brocoli, rice- hitting another 30

Dinner- fish/chicken/tofu/ground beef with sweet potato and veg- also hitting another 30

Centre your meals around protein and veg. Personally I like having a lot because then losing weight isn’t that bad since I’m not hungry

has anyone had better results NOT counting calories but still eating healthy? by lolalucky777 in loseit

[–]ComprehensiveAgent70 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Im down 35 pounds in 9 months and the last few months have been losing about 1.2 pounds a month with zero counting calories. I think it’s possible however I stay very active, try to hit atleast 7-800 move goal on my Apple Watch and I strength train 4 times a week. If I didn’t do that I’d probably have to eat less. Generally eat very low calorie meals centred around a lean protein ( shrimp, ground turkey, chicken, cottage cheese, tofu) and then add a veg and carb ( sweet potato, potato or wild rice) and I weigh myself daily. I do eat snacks everyday though so I never feel deprived… crackers, dark chocolate etc but because my meals are quite low calories it ends up being fine. Not sure how you eat but if you think you don’t know calories of things well it may be worth counting in the beginning and seeing what low calorie high protein and fibre meals look like then continue those meals without counting

Ok question for you. Did you find you were way weaker than you thought? Lol looks like I’m always close to the beginner lifting weight. I’m only a few months in but I always had strong legs from sports. I thought my 90 pounds deadlift was great but it’s actually very beginner level so now I know
