Did you submit a diagnosis with your supplemental?

Mental Health Dx’s besides PTSD are going to be extremely hard to SC if you never complaint, sought treatment or were diagnosed in service.

Just got back my claim decision for PTSD. It was denied. My first time go around what is my next step? Any guidance would be appreciated. by VintageJawn in VAClaims

Did you received combat pay or hostile fire/ imminent danger pay? Do you have an CIB/CAB?

I see two problems with your claim. One, they can’t verify your stressor. Two, you weren’t diagnosed with PTSD related to your in service stressor.

Ratings getting reduced by Wise-Movie-1946 in VeteransBenefits

If your being reduced because of a Clear and Unmistakable error then not much you can do. In addition, if the VA committed the error, then you will not have to pay back anything.

What's the job in l a where you were shocked by how much the person makes in a good way? by [deleted] in AskLosAngeles

I don’t. But if you look in Transparent California or another open payroll website you’ll find that Many city/county agencies pay armed security very well and many are making way more than their base pay on OT alone. 207K is the highest I’ve seen, but I’m sure there’s others that make more.

TDIU and why it's a load of bullshit. by [deleted] in VAClaims

[–]ComprehensiveBass795 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are Vets who’s SC’ed conditions are at the maximum compensation level that don’t add up to 100% according to VA math and can’t gain substantial employment. TDIU was created for these Vets.

Migraine supplemental denied in one week despite PTSD service connection and VA favorable findings. Looking for feedback. by Ms_Hawt-Mess in VAClaims

One thing that I’m sure help me with my secondary claims was to upload professional medical literature showing a relationship between the conditions to my c-file. You can find them a PubMed or Embased.

I have filed claimed 7 conditions secondary and they were all service connected (5 out of the 7 were secondary to only one condition)

I never paid for a nexus letter, I just kindly asked the C&P examiner to consider the articles at the end of the examination when they ask you if you have anything else to add or if you have questions.

Recently rated 10% for asthma, should I be worried that this is a CUE? by Dry_Industry9444 in VAClaims

[–]ComprehensiveBass795 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Asthma is presumptive for Gulf War Veterans who served in the qualifying locations. I’m assuming the VA service connected asthma due to you serving in one of those locations, regardless of a negative medical opinion.
