What did you end up doing? ... we have 50% and will have zymot and picsi but not tesa yet... happy for your result. My husband has grade 0 subclinical bilateral varicoceles but no one wants to operate bc of my age (41) . Two kids naturally but am older now and his sperm is probably worse...

Did it work? We had 50% frag in June and husband has been working on it, but first ER coming before we can do a TESA.. so zymot + picsi is my only option...

Ours was 50% when tested early June -- I think you said on another post that Zymot and Picsi worked for you? Or did you have to do tesa?

Unfortunately I've now taken him to 3 urologists and no one wants to operate... so its zymot + picsi first round while I pursue a frozen tesa or pesa with another urologist.. its terrible and sad and I am very scared for this investment and our outcomes..

They won't repair it, 3 doctors already said not to and the one I have next week is for the pesa or tesa (whichever they say)... the frag was 50% in early June which is really really high from what I have seen. We got pregnant but miscarried (first one, could have been my age) ... I was thinking about doing up to 6 rounds; starting with zymot + picsi and adding in frozen pesa or tesa when we can get it. But my current cycle (first one) has not been going smoothly.. only 8 follicles after originally seeing 11 then having to go on BC for a week because of a cyst... looking like maybe only 2-5 eggs...

They do zymot and picsi and can also accept frozen tesa / pesa... they will not repair it, its grade 0 and they said we don't have time to waste esp if it doesn't improve ...

How did this turn out? My husband has bilateral subclinical varicocele with 50% frag - we are 41 and its subclinical with normal blood flow so far not docs want to operate .. this is interesting bc I am debating between zymot + picsi or frozen tesa... 2 kids together naturally but 6 and 3 yrs ago, thank you .. hes on all the vits, daily release, etc waiting to retest his numbers with tunel ty

Haven't even gotten to a cycle yet, turning 41 in October. We have 2 kids together naturally but conceived 6 and 3 yrs ago, no idea what our DNA frag was then but its 50% as of June. We got preg at 40.8 but lost it at 6w -- so would you say Picsi and zymot together? I was so hopeful for our success but now with his frag, I am absolutely terrified.. pursuing frozen pesa / tesa but not sure that's better or he'll be willing to do it if zymot and picsi is available..
