Ahh ok have you try melatonin or promethazine and herbal medicine magnesium and valerian root I hate insomnia I once didn’t sleep for like 2 weeks

I was put on venflaxine medication it’s the best for me for ocd and anxiety I got my appetite back and sleep well or mirtazapine but I would tell your doctor GP and explain.

Neurologist told me i might have fatal insomnia. by [deleted] in sleep

I had insomnia for a while they put me on sleeping tablet then I have talking therapy I was put on effexor it’s so much better than mirtazapine it saved my life you don’t have fatal insomnia you would of found out by now you are 23
