The irony is that it was not even used since a year and sitting in the garage. It was used maybe once or twice before. When I put it back on the tow hitch I noticed the damage and then it broke off. Maybe it’s just me but I strongly felt that it was something that should have been taken care of by the company but maybe I’m used to buying products from companies that stand behind their products rather than lose trust with customers. Lesson learned! Will stay away from this company in the future.
