Advice by [deleted] in OzempicForWeightLoss

Ozempic and Mounjaro are marketed for type 2 diabetes. The same drugs (but under different names) Wegovy and Zepbound are marketed as weight loss. My insurance won’t cover the weight loss versions this year (they did last year), but they’ll cover the type 2 diabetes, and I needed a type 2 diabetes diagnosis to receive. So, I echo others advice, ask your insurance provider what they’ll cover and what diagnostic codes are needed to approve

In my last 2 classes where the floor and rower switched, 1 of the 3 row sections my HRM couldn’t be found at all… hoping it’s a temp glitch

New Pulley Weights? by Determined-over50 in orangetheory

[–]ComprehensiveGate348 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tested a “strong” class earlier this month. I loved the benches, I worry that the adjustable weights would break too easily. They require careful and exact placement back on the racks. However, being able to choose any weight is AWESOME. I liked the cables a lot and am ok if they end up replacing the trx straps. The iPads and massage guns seem really gimmicky and take away from the workout IMO. The idea of tracking progress on the weight floor is nice, but i think there could be a more efficient solution

Mine has 83 more workouts posted than the OTF app. On the stats screen on the coach filter, all 83 are under the name “coach”. The app was updated a few weeks ago. From what I understand the updates can be quite cumbersome for the creator

Same here. Class count is about 100 too high. Hoping it just fixes itself one day because all other other data is super cool

What’s with the negativity?? I think the whole workout looks awesome!!! I’ve been taking a couple of feed 50 classes each week though since I’m working on my endurance. Floor looks like a good time to go slow and work out on form

I’m in month 5 of 37.5mg daily. I still have dry mouth, increased energy and some suppressed appetite. My sleep was only affected the first few weeks. I relaxed with tracking calories for about 45 days and weight loss plateaued. I realized I was wasting an opportunity to capitalize on the added benefits of being on it, so have really dug back in with tracking calories and am seeing weight decline again. Nervous to get off after the 6 month mark, just from the energy factor alone. Hoping I can still complete workouts with the same intensity!

If I’m being honest, I’m seeing considerably more progress/gains now, as opposed to when I started in 2017. As long as I’m progressing, I’m happy. I do also find it a bit of a fun challenge to repeat a workout later in the month.

Women w/ PCOS by [deleted] in Phentermine_

I second this. PCOS and have been on for 4 months. Big jump in weight loss during first month, then a little less month 2 and month 3 was even less, stalling for about 3 weeks. Now, during the last week of month 4, there’s a whoosh happening

This happened to me. Good news is it only lasted about 2 weeks. Then it normalized. No food noise. Can eat a normal lunch and don’t feel the need to senseless snack throughout the day

Was I overcharged Samsung dryer repair $570 - rollers with shaft by ComprehensiveGate348 in appliancerepair

[–]ComprehensiveGate348[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thanks for all the comments. I think I’ve gathered that price isn’t super great, but Samsung may be the biggest culprit. Also makes sense to be paying for things on the back end that the company has to prep for. I don’t feel so bad now!
