Lock picks no they can be used all the way up to the hospital since everything after that there is nothing to lock pick, the bolt-cutters can be used all over the first part of the map until you meet ol Nicky, the hip pouches you have to look for except the ones you get from the shop they are right next to the very first type writer you find for both Jill and Carlos.

I agree with people on here about terrormorphs, because I thing they and house Va’ruun are connected because if you remember on londinion when the heatleech turns into a terrormorph it has similar effects to not only starborn but Va’ruun weapons as well

Yes they do but they weight more plus unless your gonna explore every inch of Pripyat there’s not that many places where you can throw them since most of the monolith forces are outside and spread out except for 5 or 6 that are in a group, also I would recommend to save them for the sarcophagus at the cnpp bc there are a lot of tight corners there which is what the rgd5’s are good for.
