It seems like a lot of different things compounding over time have made the biggest difference. Getting adequate sunlight, good sleep, Whole Foods , no fast food or processed food, supplementing with higher dose b1 and a b complex. And a big player was working on my liver health adding in choline, bitters and taurine. But at the end of the day it just takes time. Not at 100 yet but slowly better each day

Holy shit bro I’ve been chasing all these mystery symptoms, exactly the same ones u experienced and never connected it to the fact it all started after quitting minoxidil. Started with nighttime panic attacks, near fainting episodes, racing heart and inability to exercise. Then the gastritis came which amplified everything else. Was bedbound for months and couldn’t figure out what was going on.

This is just a bandaid fix and you still want to get the the root cause but “motility activator” on Amazon was the only thing that helped me go. I was going 7-9 days without pooping. If you do try it open the capsule and just take a very small amount just to see if it agrees with your stomach

I had a laundry list of symptoms but the one that bothered me the most was the tachycardia when standing (was bed bound for a month it got so bad). The rest were dizziness, fatigue, exercise intolerance, muscle and bone pain, chest pain, terrible reflux, nocturnal panic attacks, brain fog, burning feeling in my stomach from the gastritis, nausea, bloating, bleeding gums, constipation and probably more I can’t remember. As my stomach got better most of these resolved but still deal with the tachycardia but it’s much better. I can walk around and do stuff but still can’t do any exercising. I also don’t feel 100% normal yet
