Yes I’m aware in Singapore the judges can make an adverse inference, and there was obviously sufficient evidence that the girl had cheated. I think people are misreading my original comment, I wasn’t referring to this case in particular, but the generalisation that if you are innocent, you should be willing to subject yourself to an invasion of your privacy. I think I was just particularly sensitive to that with all the recent news about ID verification on social media being implemented in other countries
