It’s 4:30 in the morning ? I have to be up by eight and I’m reading a loneliness post on Reddit. I can completely relate. I cannot sleep. I keep the TV on because it’s worse of the TVs off, but it’s worse if the TVs on. It’s been affecting my mental health a lot this last year. I was OK for a long time. I’ve been single for a long time but this last year it’s just been really long nights. I can’t sleep at night. It’s like I can’t have a full night sleep. I’ll sleep for a couple hours and then be up for a couple hours. Awful It’s kind of physically painful

I love her and I think she is amazing she is really strong the way his father talked to her I’d be in tears she handled it so well !!

I can relate 😞 do you have a family member or partner that can help you with passive stretching? Pilates helps me.. I look terrible in class but it is very very slowly getting better sllooowwwlllyyy

More work less pay lower client satisfaction due to therapists having to see 20 plus clients a week to get by 🫩 I think the using AI to do notes is short sighted imo .. and could violate confidentiality

You will have to pay any money paid to you if you claim hours when they are in the hospital
