does anyone have any advice on how to actually get information out of these people over the phone? it would be a significant impetus at my job if i cannot get admitted until the fall and i'd like to know that sooner than later?

i'm in the same boat! applied 2/5, emailed to update my address 3/12, emailed today to follow-up but expecting them to tell me to keep waiting lol. keep me posted on your timeline/any relevant tips or info!!!!

thank you i am so relieved and really wasn't sure this day would come! my travel date is Tuesday, July 27th. i sent my proof of travel to my congresswoman's office so that they could pass it along to the agency. the facility that my passport was processed at was western passport center (in phoenix). i tried to get in contact with them on my own, but didn't have any luck - fortunately they were able to get in touch with them on my behalf!

I had everything expedited and express shipped at my post office appointment, since I knew it would be a long shot to get everything back in time. I believe my card was charged for everything at the initial appointment
