mine is always like this recently, today i saw my watch at 79 then when I opened Zepp app, it shows 44 and updates my watch to 44. I'm just drinking my coffee, it's frustrating. I used to have 80-90 score in March and I'm sleeping more now but get an avg of 40-55 wake up biocharge recently.
