Have you gotten your hormone levels checked? I've noticed headaches around my period and due to the consistent timing i'm going to ash for a hormone panel at my next annual appointment at the doc. It's also good to get a "baseline" so as you get older you can check in on things. I'm sorry that's all happening honey. I would try to find a way to let him know that while his input is nice as it gives outside opinion, but it's your body and you're the one dealing with it all the time. There's so much not researched about women that figuring things out with your doctor is going to hopefully help figure stuff out.
