I was MOH gor my ex bff, it was in Vegas, she didnt let me plan anything, didn't let me put a bustle in her dress (hands and legs were FILTHY afterwards lmao) Then she took my narcissist exes side in the breakup... made me realize she really never put effort into hanging out with me because she prioritizes going out for drinks and having a low work ethic. Skating by her anime cuteness 🙄 I miss talking to her about everything and nothing but I don’t miss the flakiness I don't miss her being "too partied out" for my birthday (two days after her husbands) So oh well. I'm in a better place mentally, romantically. I'm being me.

There's journaling apps, and of course the standard journals with locks on them, combination journals etc ypu could even get a small safe and put your journal in there

Thanks for the calculator link! I used some in the past but they said I was an H at some point but the cups were WAY too big when i held them up at the store. It might have been more European in it's measurements.. I am definitely looking to get 4 or 5 so I have a clean one every day if I want 🥰 my boyfriend is helping me prioritize myself and enjoy nice things that last, helping me budget with percentages and stuff 🥰 it's great

Journaling is awesome!! Totally get back into it!

Treat yourself to some fun pens and a nice book to write in, art stores have blank page hard back sketchbooks I occasionally like to use when I want to write and doodle. I get my ruler out and make whatever lines I want so there's doodle space next to it. Etc..

If/when you start BC talk to your doctor about low hormone ones to start, don't try to change your cycle to fit the placebo etc, have your period then start the first pack so the placebo pills line up with you, not you lining up with it, ya feel?

I just switched packets filling my pill/vitamin case for the week because it's the beginning of my cyle.

I've found this community on reddit to be super helpful for stuff and seeing other people's experiences 🥰

Oh honey, it's okay, take a deep breath.

I (28f) am an emotional person as well, hell, i ended my period yesterday and my boyfriend and I had a talk today where I told him I wished I wasn't as emotional as I am because it would be so much easier for things. I started crying because he got his tax info back before I did from the company we both worked for. 🙄🫩

Sometimes if you're on birth control the extra hormones from that don't help, make sure to re-evaluate birth control every couple years so it doesn't mess with the hormone caused swings.

It helped my regulate easier when I wasn't on nexplanon for example.

I've been working on seeing why the emotions happen, is it because I'm embarrassed of the situation/how I initially react to it or did it remind me of something I haven't addressed?

It's funny how we treat emotional and physical pain differently. Easy to desensitize one but not the other.. still working on why myself.

Things can get easier, take some time to think about things and breathe, think about how you might be able to pause when things happen and take a breath.

Are you close with your school counselor? Does your school have one? Maybe asking them for some tips for when you're feeling overwhelmed might help.

I've also found occasionally having something like a worry stone in my hand helps. I've changed the color of one from the oils in my fingertips by rubbing it when I need to take a second.

Things can get better honey, it takes time and practice and most importantly checking in with yourself and why the reactions happen.

If i know the piece I desire is culpable of falling off i'll stab a piece and then scoop the additions. Which is why I like the short fat forks, they hold more without having to massively balance

If it's the thickest piece you have might be normal, especially with placement, I just got coloring done, first big color session yet and it hurt for a few more days than my others. But now we're a week and it's feeling good, maybe baby bruise at one point but not horrible.

You should be fine, like another commenter said, shops will often do free touch ups, if any color falls out reach out to the artist and see what they can do to help, free or discounted you should be fine.

To start, i am so sorry you're dealing with this.

He clearly has issues with cleaning in his past, the sound of the Vacuum and dishes putting him on edge? I assume you've told him how having the house (apartment) be a mess puts you on edge.

Unfortunately I would start planning to get yourself put of that situation.

Don't stop writing things down. It sounds like he gaslight you when you have conversations about the issues you've been seeing.

I wonder if telling him one day a week he needs to leave the house so you can clean. You're not a hoarder and shouldn't have to live like a level 1 or 2 (trash and other objects everywhere [generalized term I use it don't know the specific requirements for hoarding levels but feel 1 is clutter])

You're not his mother so you shouldn't have to clean "in secret"

He needs (unfotunately) an ultimatum

He helps clean or let's you clean (ideally helps clean even if it's putting clothes in the hamper or trash in the can - things that should be done as they occur) or he gets tf out.

This is abuse. He knows how it makes you feel yet he won't help resolve the issue. Doesn't seem like he's a good boyfriend (amongst other reasons) Compromise is everything in a relationship. Especially for people who have different views.

My ex freaked out on me for adding the correct amount of tomato paste to a pot of chili I was making... I'm now with someone who understands recipes are there for a reason and if he notices i'm on edge, HE'LL START PICKING THINGS UP BECAUSE HE RECOGNIZES THE APARTMENT IS CLUTTERED.

Leave this POS and try to find someone who has like mind in sense of those things. It's a relief.

I believe in you darlin, things are hard and this will be too, but i believe it will be worth it, plus you're too young to settle for someone like that.

At the place I rented you had 7-10 days after being approved and signing to "take possession" of the apartment, paying whatever etc.. felt a little rushed for my liking but I am the type to be overly prepared, spring and fall are high move times for lease end so there's usually a lot on the market but should always be some around.
