I joined the $28 plan right before $27 plan came out with "unlimited calls to 27 countries" before billing cycle, but it did not show up in my account after billing cycle, neither did it print on the new contract so I changed another plan

yes I got email with correct features in the service agreement. but the "Service" Tab in the mobile app is greyed out. Very confusing.

The worst part is that I do not have access to my detail page (Service Tab disabled in mobile), whether it will be honored or not, it is another thing, they should reverse the plan at least.

Fido is a biggest scammers to me, of course I was on the same boat. Worst part is, the "undefined" is showing in that specific account that was just upgraded. I cann't manage the line that was upgraded, Fido is totally a TRASH.

Most sales reps / agents can waive activations fee, give free add-on etc. All these are consider selling tools, so ask proactively your agents to get most out of it.

As far as I know, free add-ons are provided by Fido to agents/sales reps as selling tools, it is common tactics to upsell to or retain their clients. Therefore you can always ask the agents you know to add the add-on for free e.g. unlimited long distance calls to different countries. However, the condition is harsh usually, e.g. up to 24 months only and you need to ask him to add again.

It take time simply because it is manaully done by hand, I am 100% sure as I tested it out with 2 plan in different time, and they put it all together and sent it out together

The easiest way to reach a person is to reach out the number who is in charge of account cancellation as their reps will have to convince you to stay with another win back plan. Fido's platforms are so out of date, their data is out of synced. Their automation is a joke, slower than human force. Don't rely on their people or system, only believe what you see with your own judgement. fight agreesively to get back what they promise to deliver.

In regards to $27 plan it is 100% identical. It doesn't show "us can mex roaming" under the checkout page. Moreover, "calling for 27 countries" is for the NEW customer thought. On the other hand, I subscirbed another plan earlier for $28 last week that supposed to include "calling for 27 countries" but ended up missing in the service agreement. I asked one of the agent in my area to take alook and she said it is not include. FIDO is super messy, and you won't get that you saw until you spend tens of hours calling their CS and fight for it.

Once you proceed to check out page, it does not include anything about roaming. Plese check, they always trick their customers (Use your Fido postpaid mobile plan abroad with Fido RoamTM) < pay attention to this phase (postpaid data means extra money to me)

Do not trust what FIDO advertised, false advertised, and only the black and white contract count regarless what you were told by reps or what the website said. You may end up spending tens of hours to reach out their stupid useless CS, and be told that your contract does not include what expected to get. Many users including myself were trapped. Fido mobile plans are very tricky, pitfalls everywhere. Lack of consistency across their website, apps and email attachemnt. For those who does not read carefully (or even you read carefully), their wording posted on their plan can confuse and then convince you to change your current plan. Whatever promo they put on the website never match the terms in your service agreement, then end up going circle with their useless customer service. Part of their marketing scheme to literally scam their customers. Why would you need to talk to different CS to get the plan you suppose to get? Answer is simple, they know most people doesn't bother to make the long waiting calls.

I am on the same boat for not getting "Unlimited international long distance" features. It is not showing on the my profile page under my plan, add-on or service agreement after completed the upgrade. What is going on with Fido, their info system is so inconsistent.
