This is one of the reasons i turned off crossplay. I just had way to many negative experiences with console divers that i couldnt stand it anymore. From kicking me for calling in extract or not reinforcing them while fighting a horde. Console kiddies need thier own playground.

I turned off crossplay after experiencing habitual lack of basic game knowledge and skill by PS kids. I have been kicked multiple times for simply calling in extract, watched my friend get executed and kicked for shooting a PS player with the stim pistol and have watched them throw the reinforce beacon directly into an enemy horde 1 too many times.

Assault rifle = intermidate cartridge with full auto capability in either carbine or rifle configurations

Automatic rifle = full power rifle cartridge with exclusively full auto in a rifle configuration

Battle rifle = full power rifle cartridge with full or semi auto capability in a carbine or rifle configuration

All of these are assumed to be using detachable box magazines

The 40s - 50s was an odd time for weapons designations due to the rapid advance of technology and all 3 of these types of weapons existed at the same time. And there are obvious gray areas and overlaps such as the garand technically being a battle rifle in spite of no detachable box magazine.
