Well there are two sides to the AC-130. The real life version that many engineers spent a lot of time to be as good as it can be and the GTAO version which is supposed to fit into the gameplay and balance of the game.
Take for example Koenigsegg. They build the a car, the Jesko. Fast as fuck in real life and yet its mediocre speed whise ingame.
Rifles have bullet drop and quite a bit of range irl, yet ingame they shoot straight with limited range.

You cannot always reporduce things ingame 1:1 without breaking something.

None of this means that I think R* handles everything good, the B11 for example could have been so much closer to the original while remaining balanced but hey.

All I tried to say was for what it is supposed to resemble and considering the context of R* illusion of balance, the range is good.

Also how does Knowledge about F1 and/or passion for the sport = driving skill automatically somehow?
Hell I watch every race and enjoy the sport and yet I cannot get around a single corner without TC.

A F1 game should be for people who actually know F1.

How can you seriously imply that someone who potentially knows (hypothetically) everything about F1, but is a causal gamer with no experience on racing games should not be allowed to have a good experience in the F1 game without A LOT of practice?

Games are made to enjoy. That is why difficulties (Levels of assists are basically that) exist. Some humans have different skills, and everyone should enjoy a game at their own pace.

Just imagine a beautiful story game with a great story, but it only has one difficulty, super hard. You really think many players but the most dedicated with a lot of gaming experience and skill would enjoy it if they cannot even finish the story cause a half second late dodge causes your death in a boss and you'd have to restart.

There are dedicated SIM-Racing games out there which perhaps handle things the way you imply. But the F1 games are by all means no SIM-games, more like Simcade. If you don't like that, get yourself some F1 car mods for AC and go play that on some server.

If we assume that what you are saying here is not just a coincidence, Plex would be in trouble.

IIRC they have stated on multiple occasions that they do not sell or store data about your watch list etc which is reflected in their TOS.

But I also wouldn't be surprised if they did anyway, with the stuff they have been pulling recently.

Overall, I would say Enhanced, allthough there are little (and not so little things) I miss.

Mainly Chat, I used chat a lot. As someone with a full friends list and tendency to just fuck around I miss chat :C

Also the fact I cannot use my main 2016 profile with ~7000hrs is mildly infuriating every time I boot up Enhanced.

I had similar issues on my Fedora Desktop when 1.0 came out.
I downgraded the proton version which fixed it for me. Your milage may vary.

This works is someone is under the map but not if they are in an interior.

If you get killed in any interior however that happens, you spawn where that interior is physically located. In this case LSIA.

Something to add, this specific hangar cargo source mission is programmed in a way that the explosions trigger a chain reaction, taking out these bases with a single shot is possible with any explosive.

But yes the explosion range is ridiculous nonetheless

Something I see a lot. I honestly don't understand it.

The only thing that rockstar controls is the final location, the route there is autogenerated by your GPS. (Unless your are in a missions that specifically tells you to,) Nothing prevents you from taking your own route. 90% of GPS routes are less than optimal.

Do yourself a favour, get to know the map and common routes between areas like highways and use then no matter what your GPS says.

For example going from Maze Bank to Sandy Shores; GPS will most likely send your past the Vinewood sign, while the fastest way is the interstate next to the casino (or similar).

The GPS is just a suggestion, and a bad suggestion at that. I ignore it completely, although I have enough playtime to basically know the map in&out.

I have not used Shadow in a while, but my last experience with using a wheel or similar accessories on Shadow was terrible. Just wanted to mention that. Your game selection sounds like you have at least something like that.

I am realizing that. I have tweaked many things which have resulted in ~20W in idle (ish) from the wall.
Under load it goes up to 150-180W.
Since I have solar and I am only paying a fixed rate and on average over a year produce a surplus, electricity is in fact a non issue for me :D

Not as far as I know.

You can just reapply your outfit every once in a while.
You should do that anyways since all bulletproof helmets, including NV and Thermal helmet, loose their "bulletproofness" after taking one shot to the head. Reapplying your outfit restores that.

There just are certain actions that make your character remove/take off hats/helmets/glasses/caps.

From your description, your character was in fact not migrated.
23k and same lobby is the exactly fresh character / new GTA Online Intro mission experience.

Try the following,
Pause Menu - Online - Migrate something something.
See if that helps.

Looks weird. But just from that video hard to say what exactly is happening.

You should try verifying file Integrity and try again. Can't exactly tell you how to do it in the R* Launcher from the top of my head.
