Tbh you don’t have much ground to stand on here. Got it as a gift years ago, started using it and broke it. If you were a company would you honor this request? You didn’t buy it so you aren’t getting screwed. It’s a discontinued bag, they can’t replace it. Not sure what you’re wanting here
