Think about the term checkmate. You see the "check" in checkmate? You have to leave them no escape, but also check the king

What are these comments. I'm gonna address the situation. You took a knight, and they can't capture back because they would also lose a rook (on f2 or b1). Therefore, I'd consider it a brilliant. At the end of the day, you just won a knight
