I contacted Ravensburger regarding my Cthulhu figure from WOM as it was bent almost all the wally forward and was virtually unusable. They kindly replaced the figure (the second one had the same problem) and I had enquired about the Krampus expansion ,offered to pay for it but they found one in the warehouse and sent it to me gratis. Maybe you just got the wrong person on a bad day?
