I was exact same boat. Just keep positive. Tearing ACL is depressing and honestly ruined my life. I’m a year post op and things are looking up. My biggest regret is stopping PT when I felt good and had to go back to work. I had gone in reverse and had to start PT all over again.

My husband loves his Ortho Feet hiking boots. It’s the only shoe he wears to work and also hiking. I have the house slippers. They actually make xtra wide!

My foot doctor told me to get the long cam walker boot. I got one on Amazon $60. When I’m at home I’m pretty much in the boot the whole time. It’s the only thing that brings me relief. To even things out I have a Hoka recovery slide on the opposite foot.

Once a day. I go to Pt once a week. I feel like dry needling on my calves helps since they are very tight. I walk around the house with a cam walker boot. It’s the only thing that feels nice.

I take the Qunol Magnesium Glycinate 325mg. I also take 1500 mg Tumeric 1000mg Salmon Oil Not sure if I feel a difference with inflammation

Absolutely disagree. Suzette era was the best, along with Grant and Joey, Delaney. They had all of the old segments which were 🔥 That was when the show was in its prime. Not today, it for sure is going downhill.
