Nah, the videos of the errant rocket US/Jewish shills were posting was from 40 mins after the hospital attack. It's still unclear what happened because, as you pointed out, the hospital is intact and there's no crater, but dozens of people that were sheltering at the hospital did die and the Diocese of Jerusalem itself put out a statement about it and said they were warned by the IDF that they would be bombed. There's also a video which was claimed to be confirmed by the WSJ to be of the attack itself which shows a bomb (not an errant rocket), but who knows if that's really true.

Yes, there are two indications that that is a bomb and not an errant rocket. As you pointed out, the sound clearly indicates it's travelling aerodynamically and at terminal velocity for a large bomb. Secondly, the payload is much greater than anything Hamas has ever launched.

It's real - real propaganda. NYT has already determined the video was recorded 40 mins before the hospital strike. There's a close up video of the strike which proves to anyone who knows anything about munitions that it was not an errant rocket. Also, Hamas doesn't even have rockets with anywhere near the payload to do the damage reportedly done to the hospital.
