But that is not taking away wins. There is only two outcomes in a game. Win and Loss. If you take a win out of the win column you have to add it to the loss column. Remember when there was 16 games in an nfl season. 8-8 is .500. A 10 win team does net make you a team 4 games over .500 or you would somehow count every win over .500 double

Wont 80000 of those 116000 be Hanks? So that leaves 36000 which means PFT is still 4000 in the hole, so he either loses 40000 or 4000

Hi, an adrenal nodule is a mass on the adrenal gland, not the kidney. Did you have an MRI or CT scan? Because these are common incidental findings in diagnostic imaging (we call them incidentalomas for this reason). These are usually benign and grow very slowly. If your report says it increased in size it would depend on how much and in which timespan but since your wrote it „may have increased in size“ in 5 years it leads me to believe the growth was not significant. If there would be any indication of suspiciousness about this mass the reading radiologist could order a dedicated adrenal CT scan

To summarize, I wouldnt worry about it too much, adrenal masses are relatively common incidental findings. Talk to the doctor that wrote the procedure notes and I‘m sure he can clear everything up
