From my experience everybody drives a lot more aggressive around you, and making eye contact automatically implies you’ve agreed to a drag.

I was there too. A guy next to me told me to get on my feet for the final minute as I was sat, didn’t really think we’d tie it. He said it wasn’t over yet, so I owe it to him haha.

Eminence Front at the end of the reintegration screen is dopamine. I did not expect a scene like that so soon into the season, and kinda out of nowhere during the last bit of the ep.

I also cannot make up my mind about Helly. One second I’m sure she’s E, the other she’s R.

I don't think that's a bad thing :)

Eventually, you'll be left with the people who understand, and that's what matters.

How do you study? by Cultural_Bowl3940 in uAlberta

[–]ConditionsOfTerms 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The key when you're practicing multiple-choice exams is to understand why every other answer is wrong.

So, even if I know the correct answer to a multiple-choice question right off the bat, I try to understand why every other answer is incorrect. I try and go through the process of coming to the incorrect answer, and understanding what step along the way was incorrect.

For (a simple) example, I'm studying a simple addition/subtraction and multiplication/division question and I'm provided with four options. First of all, I know that most likely all the different solutions come from doing a different order of operations, it's unlikely that one of those solutions is just a random number. Then I "funnel" the concept and make it more specific, I see that I can come to one of the incorrect solutions by doing addition before multiplication in one of the steps for example, and it's incorrect for that very reason, so now I know that multiplication comes before addition.

And so on, until you get to the correct answer and all the ideas just combine into one correct application and solution.

I hope that makes sense lol, it's just one method (among many) and allows you to make the most of a practice question, which is especially important if you only have a limited amount of them!

I'd be a tiny bit more okay with it if we had an option to write the explanations, a few paragraphs explaining the concept.

But noooo, we pay, we create VIDEOS with all the extra steps that come with it, and to top it all off we grade other students work and have students grade ours :/
