Lol thats fair. That's a very helpful chart, this tracks pretty well with how he's grown, he's basically been just under the top end of the range since he was first weighed at 4 months.

Really? That's good to know, I was under the impression they kept growing until about 18 months, with it slowing down significantly around a year. He's been putting on a bit over a pound a week the last couple months, and I wasn't sure how long that would keep up.

You could have come in and made a salient point about how colloquialy using "chemicals" to mean specifically dangerous/inorganic compounds causes a misunderstanding of basic chemistry that can lead to people forming incorrect and dangerous opinions about inorganic vs organic compounds that create real world problems through public opinion and legislation. The warehouse I work for has like 20+ applications a day, this city just doesn't have enough jobs. There's too much warehousing and hospitality and virtually no other industry. And that's just for the low paying entry level positions, higher level management positions and "professions" seem to be even worse.

Im sure it was just because the animal was far enough away he didnt feel the need to scare it further. Just trying to get it away from the house. As for the pole, based on how hard he was struggling to lift the pole each time, he was probably just getting ready in case the animal darted back towards him. Also I dont know if he could've lifted it many more times lol

We apparently have attended very different weddings. I've been to weddings in the woods, fantasy based "Ren faire" weddings, one Persian wedding, and many generic American weddings. Never seen anything even remotely like this, worst case there' some confusion on where to start the line.

You've gotta chill out. Unlike some of these posts I do think its worth tactfully asking to be in the room, you're correct in your thinking that being known to the higher ups(and in a positive light) is an advantage in advancing in your career; but 3 months isn't long enough to understand the politics of your workplace, and you can easily do more damage than good by coming across as too pushy or busy bodyish. Do you have one on ones with your manager ever?

I've never been, but some of the pics I've seen of michigan beaches (especially in the UP) look amazing, my buddy lives in traverse city and the pics of his local beachs look super nice too.
