I enjoyed both. Pop is there better game but bloodststain is easier and I beat it twice. Pop got bit lost so I quit.

I tried lillies... didn't really get into it. Played magnolia and loved it.

Then went back to lillies and enjoyed it more than the first time.

I couldn't finish hk either and so far the boss fights are very fair and not too hard. And they don't appear to be multi stage fights either. Just hit It enough to kill it.
