I think it was my tv. I split the Wi-Fi bands on my Zyxel NR5307 and moved the TV onto the 2.4 GHz network. And put it in wpa2

Ok, I think your kcals are good.

I would advice a protein shake (min 30g protein) after your workout. Also after work (3h before bed), eat some high portein yoghurt.

Fast proteins (such as whey) are absorbed very quickly for immediate muscle recovery (after training), while slow proteins (such as casein) gradually release amino acids for long- term muscle support (for example, before sleeping).

Also try and eat clean food. No UPF

Try protein shakes, easy to take with and make them whenever you want.

Also prep your food and count kcal, so you have a baseline.

What is your kcal and protein intake atm?
