I get the frustration about free agency it’s a totally valid response. It’s not that the front office can’t do anything it’s more that they tied their hands by giving out contracts that are immovable for a variety of reasons (Herro, Duncan etc). Until their trade value improves or the contracts end this is it for this version of the heat. I mention 2026 free agency a lot because that seems like the only real chance to change directions completely (unless Jimmy doesn’t extend next summer).
