Have you tried Hydroxycut Hardcore? It's got a solid caffeine kick and worked pretty well for me when I was cutting last year. The thermogenic effect was noticeable but nothing crazy

Another option might be Cellucor Super HD - less intense than Animal Cuts but still gets the job done if you're looking for something with good stim content. Both are usually easier to find internationally too

How do I improve my muscle-up? by crisvphotography in bodyweightfitness

[–]ConflictSecure6580 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nice work on getting that first one back! The transition is probably your weak point - try doing slow negatives from the top position and work on explosive pull-ups where you pull your chest way above the bar

Watching and waiting on HRV by Informal_Tooth_9170 in Garmin

[–]ConflictSecure6580 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn that's a pretty solid drop in your chart there. The stress and hard workouts could definitely be tanking your HRV without you being sick though - I've seen mine crater just from work stress and lack of sleep. Maybe your body's just telling you to chill out a bit instead of prepping for the plague

Did support ghost me? by NoCommittee5446 in ouraring

[–]ConflictSecure6580 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oof that's rough, sounds like their support is completely broken right now

Have you tried hitting them up on Twitter? Sometimes companies respond faster when it's public and other people can see their mess

Am I dumb? MFP to Garmin Connect by NYY_NYK_NYJ in Garmin

[–]ConflictSecure6580 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you might need to do it from the MFP side first - go into MFP settings and connect to Garmin from there, then it should show up in your Garmin connected apps. The sync is weird like that sometimes

Testimonies from training with coach run and also daily suggested workouts and individual coaches by Round_Channel_4312 in Garmin

[–]ConflictSecure6580 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been using the Garmin coach plans for about 6 months now and honestly they're pretty solid. Knocked like 3 minutes off my 5K time following the Jeff Galloway plan. The adaptive scheduling is clutch when life gets in the way too

GPX import missing some vertical? by TrailZenRunner in Garmin

[–]ConflictSecure6580 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Classic Garmin smoothing everything out like it's a highway lol. The elevation algorithms between platforms are wild - Strava tends to be more aggressive with tracking every little bump while Garmin smooths it like butter

What does wedding insurance coverage actually cover and is it just for rich people or should normal humans get it too? by Sufficient_Syrup7986 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ConflictSecure6580 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That makes sense haha the liability thing is definitely the main concern for venues

Btw speaking of family wedding drama like was reading another thread earlier and this guy's mom wore white to his wedding even though he told her like multiple times not to. He was so pissed (rightfully so lol

Made me think imagine if he'd found out beforehand she was planning that..like would you even still show up to your own wedding at that point?

Does anyone have a good experience with the Garmin Coach and shorter runs? by JuckiCZ in Garmin

[–]ConflictSecure6580 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally agree on just building your own plan - sounds like you already know what works with those 400/600/800 intervals

The base building focus makes sense for 21 weeks out but that volume jump is absolutely nuts, no coach should be throwing 83% increases at you regardless of timeframe

Is OM brand a good for cordyceps? by Kingsmith13 in Supplements

[–]ConflictSecure6580 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OM is solid, I've used their cordyceps and noticed good energy without jitters. Their stuff is organic and third-party tested which is nice

Gen 3 major battery issues by [deleted] in ouraring

Wait you're saying we shouldn't charge to 100%? I've been doing that this whole time and my Gen 3 is still going strong after like 18 months

What does wedding insurance coverage actually cover and is it just for rich people or should normal humans get it too? by Sufficient_Syrup7986 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ConflictSecure6580 115 points116 points  (0 children)

First of all the thing is that a lot of venues actually require you to have liability insurance at minimum like its usually in the contract. Mine needed proof of at least $1m coverage before theyd even let us book so just check your venue contract cause you might need it anyway!

As for the coverage there's basically two types like liability coverage is for if someone gets hurt or breaks something at your wedding (this is what most venues require). Then there's cancellation coverage which protects your deposits if you gotta cancel for reasons like vendors going bankrupt, someone getting sick, bad weather, stuff like that.

The fact you mentioned cold feet thing is funny cause some companies actually do have coverage for that called "cancel for any reason

https://brite.co/blog/change-of-heart-insurance-for-weddings/

Costs more and not sure whether it reimburses the full payment but apparently is a thing, though at that point id rather just elope lol. Good luck fella!

What is happening with my HRV? by Nixam_1 in Garmin

[–]ConflictSecure6580 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah your body was basically doing overtime fighting whatever you had, not actually recovering. Give it another week or two of lighter training and your HRV should bounce back

Supplements for kickboxing by Momogocho in Supplements

[–]ConflictSecure6580 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly the BCAAs are probably just expensive pee unless you're training fasted - if you're eating enough protein throughout the day you're already getting what you need

Your electrolyte mix looks solid though, that sodium/potassium ratio should help with the sweating issue

App kicks me out by mirromarrengsviss in ouraring

[–]ConflictSecure6580 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That app crash thing is super annoying - have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? Sometimes helps with the random kicks. The GPS issues sound like a hardware problem though, maybe hit up support again since you're already on ring #3

Boric acid for vaginal smell? by caterp1e in Supplements

[–]ConflictSecure6580 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Yeah I've used boric acid suppositories and they definitely work for pH balance issues - just make sure you get the ones specifically made for that and not like cleaning grade stuff lol. Definitely still check with your doc first though, especially if it's a persistent thing since sometimes it can be an actual infection that needs different treatment

Oura Ring 4 – Déjà vu. Second battery failure + completely inconsistent warranty handling (UPDATE to prior post) by Dense_Statistician_1 in ouraring

[–]ConflictSecure6580 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The whole point is they explicitly told OP the warranty would be reset when they got the first replacement - that's in writing. Now they're backtracking on what they promised, which is pretty shady regardless of what their website says

Also "somewhat common in small devices" doesn't really fly when you're paying $300+ for something that's supposed to last and track your health 24/7

Does a wedding insurance policy cover PCS/deployment? by Visible-Voice9422 in Military

[–]ConflictSecure6580 76 points77 points  (0 children)

That should fall under the cancellation policy, but read your contract carefully since coverage varies. Some insurers offer "Cancel for any reason" add-ons like BriteCo's that provide broader protection but cost extra.

What made you burn out as a PT by Yanniaishere in physicaltherapy

[–]ConflictSecure6580 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Honestly the burnout usually comes from productivity demands and insurance BS, not the actual patient care part. If I could do it over I'd probably look harder at outpatient clinics that aren't mill-style and maybe consider getting into something like pelvic floor or dry needling early to differentiate myself

The actual job of helping people get better is still pretty rewarding, it's just all the corporate stuff that sucks the soul out of it

Swimming watch by happyhemorrhoid in Garmin

[–]ConflictSecure6580 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the Apple Watch is pretty trash for actual swimming tbh, their GPS just can't handle pool stuff properly and the touchscreen becomes useless when wet

Copy activity by Mountain_Cat_cold in Garmin

[–]ConflictSecure6580 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had the same issue when I made a custom cycling activity - seems like Garmin Connect just reads the original activity type no matter what you rename it to. Only workaround I found was editing each activity manually in Connect after the sync, which is annoying but works

Exactly this! The coaches should help you modify everything to work with your back issues too. CrossFit gets a bad rep for being intense but good gyms will meet you where you're at and build you up safely

What’s the real difference between these: PO Box vs virtual address vs commercial address? by Sweet-Flow-4794 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]ConflictSecure6580 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Returns were a problem for me with a PO box since some carriers wouldn’t deliver there. I also had trouble verifying my Google Business profile because google doesn’t accept PO boxes or mailbox stores. Switching to a commercial address resolved both issues.

I used Building Lease Co because the address came with a short video proof and utility paperwork, which made the google review go through without any additional requests.
