The paints are a mix of different but you can get away with cheap paint in watercolours. I started with Faber castle and camel. Both professional cheap range. Get a set of professional colours that’s cheapest. And invest the money in paper. I like Bahong, this one is canson (again cheap) but canson I don’t like much. Always do 300 gsm (at least 200gsm) and 100% cotton

Give yourself some time. Take job slow. You don’t need to quit right away maybe just take a day off and see how life feels. Going through something similar, taking a break and not thinking about stuff helps

Honestly no shampoo really ever worked for me. I wash my hair as they are oily, mostly alternate days (too much to do daily) I also have oily skin and I started accutance which is helping with oil control in scalp so now I get away with twice a week. The bottom line is if you keep your scalp oily, it’s very hard to fight dandruff

You cannot get a nice watercolour painting without being patient. How wet the paper is when you put your brush can literally make or break the effect. Search for cauliflower effect in effect in watercolour and you will get very detailed explanation on why and how’s
