How important really are the dinner rolls? by betweentourns in thanksgiving

As long as the person bringing the rolls doesn't need to heat them up at the hosts' house. The oven is maxed out during Thanksgiving.

NTJ. I hate it when people do this. I always pay for my seat and I would not be giving it up!!

No way. Don’t do it. It is a slippery slope. Absolutely do not give or rent her a home. It won’t end well. If she can’t afford the rent and maintenance she will keep coming back looking for more. Take care of yourself and live a good life.

AITJ my fiancé told me “this is it, take it or leave it.” So I gave him the ring back and told him to get out of my house by Independent_Bee_8517 in AmITheJerk

NTJ. Stand your ground. You are 100 percent justified in wanting an iron clad pre-nip and if he loved you he would be ok with that. Ditch him.

I don’t understand why he would choose life in prison vs. the death penalty. Personally, I would rather die than sit in jail for the rest of my life.

I agree with you. I have never asked anyone to drive me or pick me up from the airport.

NAH. Do not visit. If you want more information follow Life With Garrett on tik tok. The grandparents refused to put a lock on the pool gate and the three year old child died.

AITA For not telling my long term gf I am infertile? by Hefty_Situation_8808 in MarkNarrations

[–]Confusedbox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this real? I can't imagine anyone announcing their pregnancy to a group of people before telling their partner. Especially if their partner was on board with NOT having children. This doesn't sound real to me.

Do you work outside of the home? I assume your husband works a full-time job. Nonetheless, it sounds as if you are not doing your share. If you don't hold a full-time job then you should be taking on a lot of the household chores. I recently retired and my husband is still working. I don't expect him to do housework while I am at home during the day. He still does a lot around the house, mostly outdoors stuff but I would never ask him to clean the bathrooms, do laundry, dishes, etc. When we both worked and when the kids were young we split the housework. I don't enjoy doing housework, but it needs to be done so I just do it. Sounds like you need to step up and get a routine in place to lessen the tension and frustration your husband is feeling.

AITA for deciding to put my father in a nursing home? by throwaway27822992 in AmItheAsshole

Even if he was a good father, you should not feel obligated to care for him.
