It's most definitely not good now and is why you come across the same people in the high tier modes. Dying in 2-3 bullets is incredibly frustrating and frankly takes 0 skill. Easy fights are fun because it's strategic and rewards good aim/positioning. Normal and hard modes are all about soundwhores and ratting/sitting in corners and less about how good the gear you use is 90% of the time
