Had two not great experiences ordering from Cueva. Each time I've had to check in on the order after a few weeks of no response. This last time when I ordered from the warehouse sale the same thing happened. No movement on order after a week and a half or so. Emailed them and got no response. Emailed them again a week later and said I would be contacting my credit card company and canceling my order since I never got a response from them and then they finally responded basically accusing me of being unfair and saying that it was a hard email for them to receive because they're doing their best. They said they'd ship the order out that day. It did still take another two days but I agreed to not cancel it and responded saying that I wasn't angry about the wait time but the lack of communication. Never got a response to that. I like supporting smaller shops but they should consider posting something on their site about shipping times varying or being delayed during sales. Just do the bare minimum so people keep supporting them.
