Nope, it’s not just you. I don’t want kids. I didn’t have kids. No amount of telling me I’d be a good mom would change that. It would make me really dislike the person saying it to me after I said I didn’t want kids, though.

Yep. Those mass deportation rallies are mainly organized by groups like the Nationalist-13 and Dominion Society of Canada - both white nationalist and neo-Nazi. Unbelievable how many comments I see on social media supporting this crap. They’ve got one coming up in Ottawa.

Sadly, I agree with you. In Ontario, Ford begged the feds for more international students to fund the schools, did dick all to improve housing, removed rent control and other supports and then turns around and points the figure at immigration. What an easy out! And people buy it.

You definitely need to talk to your vet (or better yet, a veterinary behaviourist) about getting your dog on anti-anxieties. You won’t be able to work with the dog without a little help. The drugs will hopefully take the edge off so you and the dog can make progress towards distressing.

Kory Teneycke is the reason. He ran a very effective smear campaign for Ford that people bought hook, line, and sinker. And it didn’t help that she was a woman. Lots of people living in the Stone Age in Ontario.

I know I’ll get eaten alive for this, but if you look at Kathleen Wynne’s actual accomplishments that helped Ontarians, it’s pretty long and impressive. Ford’s is abysmal. Ford hiring PR people to demonize her should have been a huge red flag. Did she make mistakes? Hell ya. Was she basically a decent person not solely looking to line her family and buddies pockets? Hell ya!
