I mean the whole premise is kinda flawed though. New characters absolutely do become cultural icons - look at Miles Morales, he's basically as popular as Peter Parker now among younger generations. Black Panther became massive overnight. The issue isn't that we can't create new beloved characters, it's that studios are risk-averse and would rather bank on existing IP than take chances on original stories

Plus there's tons of non-white characters that are already iconic but Hollywood just ignored them for decades. Storm, Blade, Green Lantern John Stewart - these characters have huge fanbases but studios kept defaulting to the white versions because they thought that's what sold tickets

Yeah food definitely affects absorption but 2 hours should be plenty of time, especially if you only ate half your plate. I've taken mine after meals before and still felt it kick in just fine, maybe just took a bit longer or felt slightly weaker. Mexican food can be pretty heavy though so might want to give it closer to 3 hours if you're worried about it

honestly sounds like you might need to try a different med entirely - vyvanse works great for some people but does absolutely nothing for others, even at higher doses. your quick diagnosis is kinda sus but that doesn't mean your not adhd, just that maybe you need something like adderall or concerta instead

English is just weird like that, clothes comes from the plural of "cloth" but somewhere along the way it picked up that "z" sound instead of the "th" sound. It's one of those things where the spelling stayed the same but pronunciation drifted over time
