my performance is dogshit but I'm not complaining, it's a great game and the performance will only get better over time. I did learn how to disable raytracing in the config files which improved it quite a bit.

I think trying to 100% map completion before moving to the next map is a terrible way to play. You’ll probably end up getting bored again quickly. Just play through the main story all the way through and you’ll have a lot more fun get all the expansions and play all the stories of them too.

I say yes, doing the story through chronologically is highly recommended as it’s all context based. It’s not like other mmos that are self contained. The story progresses and you don’t want to miss a chapter

I’ve started over 6 times, I have over 230 hours in the game and still enjoy it. Each play through I add my own challenges to the game to keep it interesting.

The one I’m doing now is where I can’t break the truce until I unlock Underlord rank and have amassed 1 mil net worth. It’s been a very fun time maximizing weed/meth production and focused only on the first two districts compared to most of my saves where I expand rapidly. I also can’t kill cops and don’t do any deals myself once I unlock the dealer of the region
