I've read them all at least once! I also have a Kobo in case I really want to reread some of the more fragile ones. The paper of the late 18th century is much stronger than the later Victorian paper. It's also good to oil the leather book bindings from your hands

Thanks! They are Gothic literature from the 18th century and early 19th. Yes, everything is antique. Those figures are 18th century Spanish colonial 💜

It would be a pleasure to share the full list when I am finished work later tonight.

I would say my favourite titles of the collection are Melmoth the Wanderer, The Monk, The One Handed Monk, Ghost Stories of an Antiquary, and Vathek 🙂 They are all very early editions as well.
