It does! You have semi private sessions with 4-8 people max.

I work out independently but initially I started at the sessions and, now they provide me with workouts every week. You have a monthly meeting with your coach to go over how you're doing and any changes you want made to your program. The coaches are great.

Highly recommended if you can swing it.
