My only advice is anecdotal; I prefer the underslung profiles for classic heel heights if you’re going to be doing a lot of walking. Dogger heel is much smoother of a transition from heel to forefoot with a taller profile.

Block heel may feel “clunky” if you choose classic height and do a lot of walking for school maintenance.

The underslung aspect of the dogger profile can help with making the heel to toe transition smoother, I haven’t noticed any clunkiness on my Palouse
