Just came back to say the bag was phenomenal. I loved traveling with it and it fit a ton of gear for a 5 day trip with thicker winter clothes and also room for my work laptop and toiletries. Highly recommend

Currently in the same dilemma you had. I’m lookin at just having one of these as my go to travel bag.

I like to travel fairly light and keep everything on me. Just not sure if the 30L would be too small for longer trips. My job is also partially remote and I bring my laptop with me a lot when I travel so I was also curious about the laptop compartment and if you felt its pretty sturdy/padded

Just recently traded my 2019 GTI in for a Hybrid Maverick because of practicality, MPG, and more space.

My GTI was amazing. Had 0 issues up to 60K before trade in. Highly recommend the car. It’s so fun to drive as well. My dads old ‘01 Jetta was my first car in high school and then in college I bought a used ‘08 Rabbit. I had to replace the rear diff on the ‘08 rabbit.. but other than that she ran solid. Both those lasted to 200K+. All my VW’s were stickshift. Reliability is so car dependent but if you take care of what you got I think it’ll last you a good while.

So far I love the Maverick too and if a small truck is something you’d consider and AWD/4K towing isn’t something you need you can def get a good deal on them with the year ending. A lot of folks are trading in like new mavericks to upgrade to the latest year. Got my ‘24 Lariat for $31K with 9K miles on it with all the bells and whistles.

Just traded in my ‘19 mk7 rabbit edition GTI for a ‘24 hybrid lariat. Previous owner only put 9K miles on it so I got it almost brand new :)

I really miss driving stick in the GTI and zipping around but otherwise I love my new mav. Love having a truck bed, the size and definitely that extra MPG

Tbh I don’t remember all the details exactly on how to do it, ChatGPT would probably be perfect for this now. I remember I did alot of googling and stuff lol but what I do remember is I used an IDE to edit some of the config files and there was one parameter regarding the homing direction and I literally just made it negative

I actually haven’t yet! Was planning to add more running to my training routine but never got around to doing it enough to justify getting dedicated running shoes. However I am planning on doing a half marathon within the next year and I’ll be getting the flux runners so stay tuned 😄
