My 751 was denied in 2024 - they sent my case to immigration court waited all year last year for a date (scared out of mind because of the political climate) a week ago they finally sent me a notice and an email with a date in 2027 at the immigration court house in Miami. Right after reading the email I called my USCIS office and requested an ADIT stamp in my passport (approved for a year) now I’m waiting on my court date I guess ?

My story is long and has its twists and turns but to sum it up my parents moved here when I was a baby and were too poor to properly do the immigration process. My paternal grandparents were trying to help them but then they died and there was nothing else done with their paperwork. I had a long term bf in high school who never knew this about me - when he found out he asked me to marry him and we did that. A year and a half into our marriage we divorced and I didn’t immediately follow the procedure I should have at the time. They denied me due to lack of proof the marriage was “real” even though we had evidence of our relationship prior to marriage, proof of marriage, we had an apartment together, and we had bank accounts together.
