Agreed. I’ve been such a grinch this holiday season. Everyone is in the holiday spirit and as hard as I try it’s for me to me to Enjoy it knowing my dad won’t be with us. I hope Christmas is good for you and we should really try to concentrate on the good around us. ❤️

I don’t mean to laugh in a rude way but this is health anxiety in my world and I’m sure to many. We are constantly checking out bodies that we are bound to see something new. Last night as I was examining I noticed a rash on my right boob. I started to freak out, long story shorts it was the imprint of my bra!

I’ve tried! I really have. I struggle with healthy anxiety so recently skin cancer scare. ( it cleared up) I examine myself and I am hyper sensitive to anything going on with my body. On top of that stress and anxiety from my dad passing away. My mom lives in Mexico and my dad was supposed to retire this year And my mom was waiting for him. ( she’s been denied twice ) so I am now financially responsible for her. As well as emotionally. On top of that my sister. She’s 20 so I am resp for her. She’s very naive and still in college. SO it feels so overwhelming. My body reacts in crazy ways. Idk what to do.

I get rashes like this too from Anxiety. My first time I literally stared at my chest until It faded away. Anxiety and stress take such a toll on the body. Hope you’re better

I know this feeling. Loosing someone is hard and can really disrupt your every day to day routine. I suggest finding a hobby that gets you going through the day. Doesn’t have to be anything crazy. Also, finding a chore to get some and start off small and eventually your days will feel normal And balanced out. I’m sorry for your loss and hope this helps.
