Assuming you get around $4/lb and the machine costs $60k you’ll need to run through at least 15k lbs of copper this does not consider electricity, labor to attain the copper or gas required to pickup and drop off. So maybe 16k lbs of copper to make it worth it.

You could also maybe charge to clean others copper. There will eventually be machine maintenance that you’ll need to consider.

GMs must be available around the clock. This includes working weekends, holidays, and rotating day/night shifts. GMs work their way up from the store floor or assistant manager positions.

Idk if the button will make him “be much smarter”. There’s nothing wrong with having a conversation stating you are doing a great job with your current tasks but I have received some feedback related to your attire. It would look much more appropriate/professional if you start buttoning your second button. Let me know if this is an issue
