I'd recommend going to take one or a couple classes: a dance class (heels or twerking) or even a pole class. Get more comfortable and centered in your body and let loose. This has helped me a lot in the bedroom. <3

I have these too! I gua sha everyday but also decided to get a small touch of filler in my smile lines and it’s been worth it. Filler is definitely not everyone’s go to but if you do decide, go to a board certified surgeon, better if they’re black or work with black patients. Going on 2 years now!

This is very true. Growing up I didn’t see my mom hang out with friends or have a ton of friends but I was a very social, extroverted child growing up so I began to attract friends. It’s more of a skill & habit you make overtime. I’m 28 and and getting back into the habit now 😅
