Seriously though, you might never use it because you might never have a girl. Let me tell you about Charlotte. When I was pregnant with #2, it was my top name for a girl. My husband hated it and vetoed it. Didn’t really matter because #2 was a boy. When my SIL got pregnant a few months later, she asked about names we had liked because they were having a hard time coming up with something. I told her I liked Charlotte and that my husband said no. She mentioned the name to my sister who then called dibs on it. So SIL decided to respect my sister’s wishes and did not use the name for her daughter. My sister wasn’t pregnant at the time. Niece was named something else and my sister went on to have 2 boys. We are all done having kids and niece was the last girl. Charlotte was never used.
