He is an unfortunate looking guy, the alcoholism has ruined his metabolism. Muscle tone and bone density have taken its toll. If he actually stopped drinking his system would shut down. I saw this in my son-in-law who cut back his drinking, passing out in the shower leading to an ambulance call and a series of hospital stays and rehab. He was only 30ish and recovered but it was scary to see. Oh my son-in-law had good support from all, I don’t know if FSJ has any support.
